2 Days before our house was to be appraised, a large section of gutter came down. I contacted a competitor through the yellow pages with disastrous results. The morning of the appraisal with the gutter still not repaired, I called Pat at the Gutter Connection.Within 20 minutes he was at my house, and within 60 minutes the problem was solved! Pat provided exceptional customer service: we received a response to our initial query within 1 hour and we had a quote within 2 days. We had shopped around to get other quotes, but no other company was as attentive as Pat. Plus, Gutter Connection's price was the most reasonable, by far. Pat also took the time to evaluate our specific situation including different options within our price range, and was super attentive in responding to queries and answering questions. When it came to the actual installation, Pat and Josh showed up on time as scheduled, were super friendly, and did a professional, high quality job. We can't believe what a HUGE difference the new gutters made to the look of our house and can't wait to have gutters that don't leak and overflow! When I phoned the gentleman who answered the phone was very polite and answered all my questions. I was able to set the apppointment up that day and the work was quite well. I have had problems in the past with other companies but I feel very confident and satisfied with the job they did. I like the fact that the owner of this company is very involved with the work done by his company and he lives locally also. I would reccomend this company to anyone who is in need of gutters or have their gutters cleaned. I just rehired this company to clean my gutters. My goal was to have someone get on the roof and actually inspect them and tell me honestly if they needed replaced or just cleaned. All of the others never got on the roof and instantly said they need replaced just by looking at them, which in the end the quotes were quite costly. After Gutter Connection came out and looked at them they told me I had a few more years on them before they needed replaced. That honesty got them the job.
